How to make Bread-Machine Pizza Dough



Bread-Machine Pizza Dough

1     cup warm water (105° to 115°F)                 3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
2     Tbs olive oil    1 Tbs      active dry yeast

1 tsp        salt


Procedure

1    In the bread pan of an electric bread machine, combine (in this order) the warm water, olive oil, salt, flour and yeast. Set the machine for Pizza Dough according to the manufacturer’s instructions and process through the cycle.
2    Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface. Punch down the dough and divide in half. Form each half into a ball and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 40
minutes. Roll out as directed in the pizza recipe.
