A very quick and easy dish to prepare that could either be served as a main course or as a side dish to all your guests.
Ingredients
450grams Fresh Asparagus Spears Trimmed
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the barbecue and place the grill as close to the heat source as possible as you will becooking these on a very high heat for a very short space of time.
2. Now take the trimmed asparagus spears and lightly coat them with the olive oil and sprinklewith some salt and freshly ground black pepper. Then place on the grill and cook for between 2 and 3 minutes or until they become tender.
3. Once cooked place on a clean plate and serve to your guests alone or with other deliciousvegetarian barbecue recipes contained in this book.
