How To Make Asian Inspired Grilled Asparagus

Although you may want to serve this dish to your guests hot, it tastes just as wonderful when served cold. Plus of course this dish doesn’t take a great deal to prepare or cook so can be served to unscheduled guests who are vegetarians in a matter of minutes.

    Ingredients

1 Bunch Of Fresh Asparagus Trimmed
    1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
    1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil

    Instructions

    1.  After trimming the asparagus place them on a lightly oiled barbecue grill that is set for cookingthem on a medium to high heat.

    2.  Now cook the asparagus until they have turned bright green and they have grill marks on them. This should take around 10 minutes and it is important half way through this time that you turn the asparagus over to ensure that it is cooked through evenly.

    3.  Once cooked transfer to a serving bowl or plate and leave to one side too cool for a littlewhile.

    4.  Whilst the asparagus is cooling into a small bowl place the soy sauce and sesame oil andwhisk until they are combined well together. Then pour this mixture over the asparagus before then covering and placing in the refrigerator. Leave them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before then serving.
