Like other recipes in this book this one allows you to cook food for the meat eating guests at your barbecue at the same time.
Ingredients
200grams Feta Cheese Crumbled
500grams Cherry Tomatoes
Few Sprigs Rosemary
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
1. Take 12 sheets of aluminum foil and place 2 sheets on top of each other to make six parcelsinto which the cheese and tomatoes can be placed.
2. Now divide the cheese and tomatoes equally between these six sheets of aluminum foil and topof with a sprig of rosemary and drizzle over some olive oil. Then seal the parcels up and place on the barbecue for 10 to 15 minutes or until the tomatoes have begun to burst open and the cheese is soft.
3. As soon as the tomatoes have begun to burst open and the cheese is soft remove the parcelsfrom the barbecue and place on plates and cut the foil open to reveal the food inside. Then drizzle with the balsamic vinegar before then serving to your guests.
