These kebabs are loaded with lots of wonderful fruity flavors and need to be good on a very high heat very quickly. As soon as the shark is cooked to your likely remove them from the grill.
Ingredients
450grams Shark
450grams Large Shrimps Peeled And Deveined
450grams Large Scallops
1 Pineapple Peeled And Cored
2 Peaches Peeled And Seeded
4 Semi Green Bananas Peeled
12 Large Strawberries Capped
2 Apples Cored And Quartered
Instructions
1. Cut the fruit and shark into cuts that fit on to a kebab skewer. Once done then thread alternatepieces of fruit, shark, scallop and shrimp on to each skewer.
2. Once all kebabs are ready place them onto the lightly oiled barbecue grill, which is set 4 inches above the heat source and cook for 10 minutes. Remember to turn them half way through the cooking time and then serve immediately to your guests with some fresh green salad or with some couscous or rice.
