Olive-and-anchovy Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup Oil-cured black olives 4 Tbs Olive oil
(pitted) 1 Lemon; juiced
1 Garlic clove; minced Pizza Dough (See RECIPE)
1 1/2 Tbs Drained capers
2 oz Canned anchovies; drained
1 COMBINE ALL of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until a smooth sauce is formed. Spread the olive mixture over the pizza dough and bake according to instructions.
